Concealed beside JNcQUOI Table, The Mirror Room unfolds as an immersive bar experience inspired by the quiet majesty of the deep Atlantic and Portugal’s underwater garden — a space where perception shifts, light multiplies, and reflection reveals a world beneath the surface.

Clad in over a thousand mirrors, this infinite chamber evokes the sensation of drifting underwater, where texture, movement and soft mineral light dissolve the boundaries between reality and imagination. Hand-carved Carrara marble chandeliers enhance the sculptural atmosphere, amplifying the room’s sense of depth.

Here, mixology ventures into uncharted waters. Seasonal cocktails and rare spirits are crafted as sensorial compositions, echoing the ocean’s rhythms and transforming ingredients into refined expressions drawn from Portugal’s underwater garden.
